White Lightning Tumble and Cheer, Inc. opened its doors in Cornelius in January 2007 with a 3,500 square foot facility equipped with a 42’ x 42’ spring floor, and 30-foot tumble track and trampoline. At that time, we offered recreational tumbling classes. Our second year we started our all star cheer program and took a youth squad to four competitions.

In June of 2009, we had outgrown the facility and relocated to an 11,000 square foot facility in Huntersville. With the additional space, we were able to offer recreational gymnastics. We expanded our equipment to include a 54’ x 54’ spring floor, elite gymnastics uneven bars, kids rings/bar circuit, competitive high beams and two low beams, trapezoid vault and various spotting aids.
